Verloren Liefje is an attractive and chic family home situated on a hill in the Voer region, just 500 metres from the Dutch border. From this hill you can enjoy wonderful views. The property was completely renovated in 2018 and transformed into a luxury holiday home with no fewer than six bedrooms and bathrooms.
Let’s take a look inside
The holiday home has a contemporary style with a touch of retro and lots of warm colours. This style has been applied down to the last detail – even the radiators have been chosen accordingly. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with French doors and lots of natural light. The long, wooden dining table with velours chairs is the perfect place for a dinner with friends and family. The tastefully furnished seating area includes a brown leather sofa, flat-screen TV, and various board games. Adjacent to the living room is a half-open, modern kitchen with 4-ring induction hob, two electric ovens, two refrigerators, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and all the utensils you need to cook a range of meals. The holiday home also has six unique bedrooms: five double rooms and one triple room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a luxury rain shower, sink, and toilet.
Outdoor space
Guests of the Verloren Liefje also have access to a lovely outdoor area. At the front is a garden and a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun for most of the day. Here you can also look out over the wonderful hilly landscape and use the impressive barbecue. We also recommend you explore the area on foot or by bike! For example, walk to the Mergelhof golf course (just 200 metres from the house) or one of the many nice bars and restaurants in the area. Keen cyclists can wash down their bikes, pump up their tyres and store their bikes safely in the lockable bike shed at this holiday home.
