The 8-person holiday home Het Hoekhuis is surrounded by valleys and streams in the beautiful Belgian Voer region. This stylishly and colourfully furnished house features a design with lots of slanted ceilings that lend the house plenty of character.
Then and now
Het Hoekhuis is part of a unique half-timbered building, the oldest parts of which date from the 16th century. The current owners have expertly restored the property. They have also built additional houses in a traditional and ecological way, creating a kind of medieval courtyard with different levels, passageways, an inner courtyard and a garden. Thanks to its composition of flint, oak and clay, holiday home Het Hoekhuis steals the show in this magical courtyard.
