A villa with a huge garden,various terraces and, as icing on the cake, a playroom with a pool table and table football. This is just a brief description of the 10-person holiday home I Gen Broeck. This residence is located on a hill in the picturesque village of Sippenaeken, just a stone's throw away from the Dutch border. From here you have a beautiful, wide view of the hilly countryside.
Let's take a peek inside
You enter the house in a spacious hallway that leads you to the L-shaped living area. This light-filled living area is divided into two sections: a stylish sitting area with a large corner sofa and on the other side a spacious dining area. From the living area, you walk through to the kitchen which is equipped with all conveniences like a 4-ring induction hob, convection oven, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo machine, electric kettle, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen also offers a view of the garden and the covered terrace.
If you take the stairs to the basement of the house, you will find a modern bathroom with a whirlpool, a washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet. Also located on this floor is a great playroom featuring a pool table and table football. This is a place where young and old will enjoy themselves.
If you take the stairs up, you will first reach the mezzanine. Here you will find a spacious double bedroom with a cot. If you continue the stairs to the top floor, you will find two more double bedrooms and one quad bedroom. All bedrooms are attractively furnished and equipped with box-spring beds. On the top floor there is also a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and washbasin.
Outdoor space
The house is surrounded by two terraces. The most impressive feature of the holiday home is surely the 2500 m2 garden. Take a seat in one of the sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine or grill some food on the stone barbecue. There is also plenty to do for children! In the back of the garden there is a playground with a slide, swing and climbing frame. In addition, there are various toys in the house.
