The luxurious 14-person holiday home Het Rozenknopje is located in the Belgian village of Sippenaeken, only 300 metres from the Dutch border. This stately mansion with large living kitchen and various terraces is the perfect place for a memorable holiday with friends or family. Moreover, it offers a beautiful view of the Vijlenerberg hill.
Let's take a look inside
Het Rozenknopje has a total of seven spacious bedrooms, most of which have their own bathroom and own little sitting area. This way everyone has the opportunity to take a moment for themselves now and then. Another nice feature is that the holiday home has a large open-plan kitchen with all modern conveniences. The kitchen island not only offers a lot of workspace, but also plenty of seating, so that even cooking can become a sociable activity. Of course, there is also a large dining table which is ideal for extensive dining with the entire group. After dinner, make yourself comfortable on the couch in the cosy living room.
Outdoor space
The garden doors in the kitchen open onto the patio, where you can relax in the sun or make use of the fireplace. There is also a second terrace on the upper outdoor level. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the rolling countryside.
The area
There are several lovely restaurants within walking distance of the property, including the charming eatery across the street and Boscafé ‘t Hijgend Hert. Thanks to its central location, Sippenaeken is the ideal base to explore the beautiful surroundings on foot or by bicycle. Bicycles or motorbikes can be safely stored in the garage.
Please note:
- The house is in the middle of a cosy little square, opposite a café, in the village of Sippenaeken.
- The church bells of the church of Sippenaeken are no longer in use!
- There are neighbours living nearby. It is important to respect their peace and quiet and not to make any noise after 10pm.
- This house is not suitable for groups of young people and groups wanting to party.
- Near the village there is a golf course.
