De Oude Schoenmakerij

Holiday home De Oude Schoenmakerij ("the old shoemaker's shop") is located in the idyllic village of Teuven, just a few kilometres away from the Dutch border. This holiday home has everything you need for a relaxing and romantic stay in the Voer region. From the moment you step through the door, you will experience a feeling of nostalgia and peace. Just take a break from your daily obligations and enjoy nature together with your loved one.

Renovation
Like the name of the property already suggests, it used to be a shoemaker's shop for a long time. When the property was taken over by the current owners, they decided to transform it into a special holiday home. They have put in a lot of hard work to realise this. During the renovation, only authentic and natural materials were used, if possible environmentally friendly ones. The holiday home contains a pellet stove and a lot of wood and loam. Furthermore, it is tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. Everywhere you look, you can find unique items, such as the old shoe moulds that were found in the attic. 

Let's take a look inside
When you enter the house, you will find yourself in a lovely, open space with the kitchen at the front and the sitting area at the back. The sitting area has a spacious corner sofa and a big TV. The little blue kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, whistling kettle and a complete kitchen inventory. The dining table is big enough for extensive dining. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. On the mezzanine floor you will find a romantically decorated bedroom with a double bed. No need to make the bed of bring towels. This will be taken care of.

Outdoor space
Holiday home De Oude Schoenmakerij is surrounded by natural beauty. Once you go outside, you will be welcomed by lots of flowers and plants. At the front of the holiday home you will find a lovely terrace, from which you have a wide view over the hamlet of Sinnich. Besides the terrace, you can also enjoy the spacious garden at the back of the house. We certainly recommend exploring the beautiful, nature-rich surroundings. Teuven is a true paradise for hikers and cyclists.
